Although we do not give refunds of any kind, we do offer exchanges on damaged goods or items that may not fit as you expected.

Exchange Step By Step:

1. Email us at exchange@lovefirstshop.com with a photo of the exchange item and reason for return within 10 business days of receiving order.

2. We will respond within two business days to approve or decline the exchange. If approved, our response will include a link to pay for the restocking fee plus shipping of the new item.

3. You respond to pay link and also ship us the item in question within five business days from receiving our response.

4. We will mail out newly exchanged item in the same style, size and color unless otherwise denoted within 7-10 business days.
